Children between the ages of 3 to 5 years old are eligible for our Pre-K program.
We follow the Frog Street curriculum and Spalding Phonograms which are designed to provide a comprehensive and enriching learning experience for young learners.
Pre-K students are tested three times during the school year to ensure their development and growth. After the first two tests, parents will be invited for parent-teacher conferences and student-led conferences.
The full day Pre-K program hours are from 7:00 am to 3:10 pm. Additionally, we offer extended day hours from 3:10 pm to 6:00 pm for parents who require extended care for their children.
Students are expected to come to school in a presentable manner that demonstrates respect for themselves and their school. All attire should be clean, neat, and non-distracting.
Pre-K students receive three meals: breakfast (if they arrive before 8:00 am), morning snack, and lunch. Parents are welcome to pack their own meals if preferred, and any allergies or food restrictions should be communicated to the classroom teacher and site coordinator.
Pre-K students have the opportunity to rest their bodies for a period of time during nap time. If a child doesn’t nap, they may rest for 20 minutes and then engage in a quiet activity
We believe in the importance of parent involvement and offer various opportunities for parents to participate in school events, workshops, and conferences to ensure the success of each child. Contact your child’s teacher for opportunities to be involved in our outside the classroom.
Parents/legal guardians must accompany their child into the classroom or assigned drop-off location for safety purposes. During pick-up, a valid state-issued ID must be presented, and students will only be released to authorized persons listed in Brightwheel.
Our tuition-based Pre-K program requires weekly tuition, and seats are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. A non-refundable annual registration fee will be assessed once your child’s registration is approved, based on classroom availability.

There are no refunds or credits if a child misses a day of school. The tuition is what saves the child’s spot in our program. Tuition is billed weekly for the upcoming week.
Refunds or credits will not be given for unused days, vacations or days not attended due to illness. Past-due tuition will result in the loss of the child’s reserved space in the program
Payments must be made using our online registration system, Brightwheel. Parents can make payments by using your credit/debit/ACH information, which will be kept on file. Past-due tuition will result in the loss of the child’s reserved space in the program.

Weekly tuition for Legacy Traditional Pre-Kindergarten includes breakfast, a snack, and lunch. Parents are able to pack their child a lunch and/or snack, but we do not have access to a refrigerator or microwave for student lunches. Providing food from home for a child will not reduce the tuition rate. The monthly menus are posted on the Parent Information Board in the main hallway of the Pre-K.
